When I use this and I set a ringtone for the person that is calling and I have my sound profile set to vibrate. The phone will ring with the ringtone.

that is because pictureID can not read the Profile. what you need to do is install PicIDProfiler and set the profile so that pictureID knows which is the active profile.

get the PicIDProfiler at our site www.toysoft.ca in the PictureID zip file
