Options > Screen Keyboard settings > You'll see left and right convenience key settings about halfway down.

Press in and you can select any other app for the BlackBerry to run with the push of a button.

From Hayden:
TIP: Sticking paper behind battery improves screen clicking.

Options, screen/keyboard, then scroll down and you'll see settings for the left and right convenience keys. Hope this helps.

On the home screen you can add folders as you used to be, however, now we once again get fun colors and Icons to accompany the new folders.

When adding a new folder (from home screen > Menu key > Add folder) just click the folder icon and select a different fodler Icon.

One of them is the RIM logo, that is now my "Tools" folder, my "Entertainment" folder got a blue star logo, and I don't think I'll be using the Heart logo myself, lol.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I was getting annoyed that every app that I downloaded was going into the Downloaded Applications. So I deleted the folder and the default changed to Home (wasn't until later that I found the option to assign the default download folder)

Any way to disable screen orientation? Tired of it moving around on me.

Create Email message folders?

I have three email accounts, works fine. I'd like to be able to create folders for sorting and storing messages on the device- any way to do that?

Press clock and hit the menu key and there is an option for bedside mode. Once selected it displays the clock and turns off the LED. I use this when driving at night. Now don't have to hide my bb at night and it can stay in its dash board holder. Wanted this for so long.

You know how on the homescreen when you drag your finger it doesn't follow? Hide/delete all the lesser used icons and it will then follow your finger across all icons.

Edit: what I'm saying is when you move your finger around on the homescreen, the selected icon should move with your finger as you drag it. But doesn't. Hide the lesser used icons and it will follow your finger.

Also to have 16 Icons on your homescreen do the following:

Under Home Screen -> Options -> Advanced Options -> Accessability... Set Grid Layout to 4x4... When I show the full home screen (all icons)... both portrait and landscape shows 16 icons (grid of 4x4)...

To zoom in to pictures and websites, instead of double light tapping which sometimes can bring up the status menu at the bottom, just put your finger lightly on the screen where you want to zoom into, wait about a half a second, then press in so the screen clicks.

With pictures, you can put your finger in one position and click multiple times (no too fast though) without taking your finger off the screen to zoom in multiple times.

To zoom back out, press the Escape key once for the previous zoom status. Press the Escape key slowly multiple times to zoom out progressively. Press the escape key two or three times quickly to go to original view (no zoom)

This works for me in portrait mode only, not in landscape though
