ok i need a tip or a trick, when i lock the screen it does what it should, lock the screen right, well when i tap the screen to unlock it says "press the lock button to unlock your screen" ok i hit the lock button but nothing happens, i have to bat pull to be able to use screen, im a storm newbie go easy on me

on the top left is the lock button, its not touch sensitive so you gotta press it in. I hope your not pressing the actual lock on the screen like I did when I first got the storm LOL

Never mind I figured it out...

Press the green or call button, press menu, the view speed dial list, the assign the contacts in the priority you choose. Number 1 is for voice mail...

Go to diAl scn press the key for. 2 or 3 second and it will ask you to do that

There are a couple programs to search for:

1. Vibe and Ring. This is a pay application, but works well
2. BuzzMe. This one is free and works just as well ;-)
3. BerryBuzz. This one is a pay app and accomplishes the same as the above two, but with some added functionality of being able to customize your LED to blink different colors depending on what the event is (Call, Missed Call, SMS, Email, etc.)

I have my Storm connected to my jobs email and I have been getting all types of spam emails. I went to the blackberry internet services site and created a filter but it doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to avoid all the crappy emails?

Buzz Me is the free one, and Vibe and Ring is the pay version, both work just fine. Put either into the search field, it will come up.
