| 9530 Voice Call Quality Problems?
I've got a 9530 that I just bought a few weeks ago and have Verizon service. For some reason my phone has horrible voice quality. Sounds are very distant and hollow, with some crackling. My wife's LG Versa does great though. Is this normal for this device or is it defective? |

Sounds like the phone has issues. I haven't had a problem with mine. I would take it back and show the rep. Good luck!

I've sent one back for the same issue. Just a bad phone. You might check that you have the latest OS installed on it but it's probably a bad speaker.

Problem resolved. Contacted Verizon customer care last night, explained the issue and they told me that they would swap me out for a brand new device. The CSR made a note to file and I went into a local store and viola, new device and no voice quality problems. Kudos to the Verizon CSR that I dealt with last night. She did a fantastic job!! |
