I didnt know that, thank you very much for sharing.
Hello fellow pinstackers! While browsing the stacks tonight I found a shortcut key for clicking links. While on a link if you click and hold the scroll wheel for a quick second and then let go it will follow the link your on. Not sure if this is known or not, but I figured I would share. It's really great now I don't have to click the wheel twice
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~you can also highlight a link and hit the enter key...
Thanks. I didn't know that either.
Thanks for the info!
Short click of the trackwheel will open the menu, Click and hold will activate the item. I had problems with my 7290 when I first got it, never could open the menu in the browser if I was on a link. Finally figured out just how quick I had to press to get it right.
It's funny how, when your new to a device and you find something out by experience, you think that everyone but you knew about it. I never thought about this before.
Thanks for bringing this up, rip.

Glad I could help
Berry_bum: my only problem with hitting the enter key is I'm usually using the BB one handed, so shifting the BB in my hand is a pain if doing so all the time
Thanks for the info
For those of you using the 7100 series, you can turn of your backlight with a short press of the power key. Remember though, if you use Berry Light, the light may come right back on depending on your settings.
Don't let the number of posts fool you...

Thanks for sharing this shortcut...
I usually hit the enter key on links, but because I didn't like the double click of the wheel. Thus shortcut helps, thanks.
