So when you dont get a connection do you get an error message?
I'm so upset. I don't know what is going on. My 3rd party apps don't connect to the internet. Sometimes I get a connection and otherf timed I don't. It just stops working. Then after a while it works again. I'm on T-mobile and I entered the TCP settings correct.
Also, are you on a BES (corporate) or BIS for mail, many BES admins lock their bb's down with policies.
I have the same problem. Difficulties with BIS on third party apps. Any solution ?
what apps are you trying to install and also make sure you have the correct TCP settings for your carrier - that is 8 times out of 10 the problem and will fix it.
