Ok...I am just got off the phone with my TMobile store here. Here's is what I am being told this:
Since it is considered an upgrade since I am an existing TMobile customer, that it won't be avaliable for me for atleast a week?!?!?!?
What the crap is this?
Anyone else hear this or am I just being jerked around here? He said that he will still hold it until then, but I don't understand why they won't sell it because I am an existing customer?!?! This is ridiculous! I even asked if I can't just buy it outright and was told no because I am an existing customer?
Is this normal? Do you think I should get on the phone with corporate and see if they won't override this?
