    Sprint 8703-Exception errors how to reload

    So I have done the hard reset...removed 3rd party apps and wiped my device multiple times...

    So I am trying to figure how to reload the OS.

    I downloaded 8703eEFSBP_PBr4.1.0_rel493_PL2.2.0.166_A4.1.0.359_ SprintPCS.exe
    from black berry but it doesn't seem to do anything to the device.

    Help please...
    1st BB, 7520 with Nextel
    2nd BB, 8703e with Sprint
    3rd BB, 8830 with Sprint....(current)
    Internet on Macbook via bluetooth with BB
    PIN:32C4526A
    Made the mistake and tried a treo 700p......

    Umm...well...u download that exe file onto your computer, then run the exe file and load the OS thru desktop manager...Can't OTA a Operating System.

    Yea I ran it.......I guess I am missing where the desktop manager comes in? I mean i have connected the device and it goes through a sync but I don't think it reloaded the OS.

    When you connect your device to the Desktop Manager via USB, go to "Add/Remove Programs" and double click on it...

    Click through all of that and make sure in the list you have checked all you want to install, and click finish...

    Let me know if that doesn't work and we will go advanced and do it that way.
