    Send Menu appears on Forward but not on Reply

    New to BB. Running enterprise for email. v4.1 on an 8700. Can someone tell me why the Send menu appears when I forward a message but not when I reply. When I click reply the choice is only "save draft". Appreciate any help.

    Delete the Desktop [CMIME] service book, wait 1 minute, then undelete. Wait a few minutes for slow sync to happen and then check again.

    No luck. Deleted the Desktop [CMIME] service book and waited. the Desktop CMIME service is no longer listed and thus I can't undelete.
    Now I can't even send mesage!

    The Enterprise Activation Icon reappear and tried to reactivate but no luck.

    Any other thought

    My apologies, my previous post was not as clear as it could hae been. Go back to Options > Service Book, press the scroll wheel and select undelete. It does not matter what service book is highlighted when you do this. You can also go to Options > Security Options > General Settings, scroll down to Services, press the scroll wheel, and select Regenerate Encryption Keys.

    Ok, that got me back to where I started, but problem not solved.

    Still have the same problem as in the first thread

    Any other thoughts??

    If that didn't resolve the issue, you probably need to perform a security wipe and reactivate. Contact your BES admin for a new activation password. Also find out from him/her if your device is wirelessly backed up. If it is, you don't need to do a wired backup via Desktop Manager.
