Problems with Companionlink and BB
I am set up received emails through bb enterprise - I use act! 6.0 for my contact management, tasks and calender.
Here is the problem that I am experiencing: I will enter new contacts into act, put them into a specific group and then sync - for some reason they are not going over. It seems on contacts only that once they are in the BB they are there for even though I do a purge and reload.
Has anyone else had this problem or can help. I recently have cleared out the BB and started from scratch and it is doing the same thing. Could there be interference with enterprise (contacts)??
