    I just got an 8700G 2 days ago after using a 7290. I am trying to go to websites like mobile41.com and download ringtones and when I down the song there is no way to save it. Whats the deal. Also I have the TMO browser but not the BB browser is this normal?

    Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Welcome to the Stacks Boiseguy. Do you have a data plan? The BB Browser should have come with your service books when you signed up for the data plan.

    Yeah I have resent the service book and registered the network. I am just lost. What about saving ringtones?

    To save ringtones click on the ringtone to download once it starts playing you'll see a play icon and a stop icon as well as a third on click the trackwheel on that icon you should see a save option there!

    Boiseguy, on your home screen, do you have an icon that says either Internet Broser or Blackberry Browser?

    Well, if you've already resent your service books, it sounds like TMobile doesn't have you set up with the data plan. You're going to want to contact them to make sure they sign you up for the data plan. Once you do that, the browser will be sent with the new service books and you should be all set.

    I am on an employee plan and I do have the blackberry unlimited plan.

    For some reason though, they didn't send the browser with your service books. I'm puzzled. That's why I thought you might want to check with them on this. Or you can try sending the service books again (Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table/Click/Register Now.

    Ok try this go to Options/Advanced Options/Browser, Can you set your Default Browser Configuration to Internet? If you can, do so and try mobile41 again. If not, then TMO has messed up your account somehow and haven't given you access to all the service books you need. Call their customer service and ask for Data Device support. Explain to them that you don't have the Internet Browser and ask that they check the provisioning on your BlackBerry data plan.

    It happens sometimes. If resending service books or registering via HRT doesn't work generally you need to call your carrier.
