    new 8700 question

    Just moved my service from Verizon to Tmobile and got the 8700 - I am having trouble getting my email set up - we use a bb server here at work but normally when i got a new bb i could just plug it into my computer and it would generate a new encryption key - it did it for this one when I plugged it in but I can't get any of my email to com up - any ideas guys???

    both - i've switched to new blackberry's before and never had a problem - now it is saying "service blocked" on my email message status - would that be my carrier or the bes

    We will keep this at the top of the forum, see what other stackers say. Im a user on BES, not an admin, never had a problem. Have no fear, you should be good to go shortly.

    i really appreciate the help - as i'm sure most of you know, once you are a full bb addict and something goes wrong - the withdrawal is hell

    From what I understand; when it comes to TMobile an the Blackberry, you have to be signed up for the service known as Enterprise Mail Server. It is only with this service that you can syncronize your BB device with your corporate email. I tried it with the basic BB Unlimited from Tmobile, but it definate only works with the Enterprise plan.
