Have you programmed your phone number into your SIM card?

Access the SIM Card menu (this will be on either the Options Menu or Options Menu, Advanced Options)

On the SIM Card screen click the wheel and select Edit SIM Phone Number. Be careful how you enter this as it will cause display problems if you get it wrong.

It may take a few minutes for the phone number to register and on rare occasions a power-off may be required.

    Lightbulb Re: my number

Hi there. Ive seen this happen on some of the devices I've deployed. It turned out to be on the Service Provider end. I made a call to the SP and they refreshed the device on their end to display the mobile #. You can try that.

    Re: my number

I get the number to show by just calling that phone. After I hang up the number is displayed.
