    Moving Applications

Is it possible to move applications from sub menus (from within the applications folder) to the homescreen? GoogleTalk resides in my applications folder, but I would like to move it to my homescreen. Is it possible?

Good question. I'm on a 7290 but you can try using the following and let me know if it can change folder positions:

Evidently this only allows me to move an icon from one area on the same view (screen)

There are a few ways to do it... the easiest is just find a theme that allows you to have it on the main screen.. there are alot out there that give you that ability. Or you can go under options and select "Home screen" followed by "organize applications" that allows you to move them anywhere on the ribbon you wish.. or just make your own theme..

I don't have "home screen" listed under options. I use an 8700c. Maybe the options are different??
