Question Loss of signal in office buildings

I have a Verizon 8703 and work in a lower level office in a high rise in Chicago. My question is has anyone found a device/repeater that is not expensive to boost the signal in these concrete palaces?
I don't have a land line to work with as an alternative.

Re: Loss of signal in office buildings

I'm sure I saw such a device when I was flying to Atlanta.
I was on a Delta flight and their 'Skymall' I think had one.
Not positive what's the exact name of the magazine but I'll do some checking.

Edit: You can try this site

On the left they have links for External Adapters and Powerboosters with the External Adapter being the cheaper option. Doesn't look like they have any for the Blackberry though.

    Good luck

A good repeater will cost at least $300.
