Can someone give me the version and carrier for the most current version that works on an 8700c. I'm running .351 now. Is there something that is newer?
Also if someone could post a thread that helps with the install that'd be nice.
    Thanks guys!

I think 4.1.0.351 is about as current as you can get. Are you experiencing an issue that you think will be resolved with a newer version?

The install of handheld software is pretty simple.
    1. Download desired handheld software.
    2. Install handheld software to PC.
    3. Connect BlackBerry to PC.
    4. Launch AppLoader (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe)
    5. Follow prompts.
    6. Done (20-30 minutes later)

Nah I just like having the latest and greatest OS
I upgrade even when there aren't any differences.

This would work very well with a few 'fixes' before actually trying the upgrade.
When using an OS not from your Carrier i.e (such as the .351).
    a. Before attaching your BB do not forget to delete the Vendor.xml from directory in #4 above
    b. Blackberry.alx needs to be 'doctored' if you want to get the full benefits of all the themes.

Say, if the OS was for the 8707 and you want to try it on the 8700 further steps would be necessary.
Check out N8DBB's thread on this.
