    How can i do this? because the wipe handheld does not work in my BB 8700c , It's a secutity IT policy

    You will more than likely have to use jl_cmdr to do the entire wipe... http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ds/links/5/452 Then you are going to have to reinstall the os again. It should be gone after that

    My it policy doesn't allow the downloading of 3rd party apps. I am able to get disconnected from the BES. After the disconnection, if I perform a wipe I'll be able to download. Will I be able to run those apps (like google maps) once I am back on the BES? ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ means that there is no os on the phone

    did you install the os on your computer and delete the vendor.xml?
