I downgraded from 4.2 back to 4.1 and ran into a hitch where when I try to syncronize I get an error message from the Intellisync application, "Internal error (see logs)." Does anyone know how to correct this error?

when you say you downgraded, do you mean device OS or desktop manager?

Similar to Shayne I have just uninstalled Desktop Manager 4.3 and reinstalled V4.2 SP2. Now I'm also getting "Internal Error (See Logs)". I can view the log file but there are not any clues or error codes that I can see. Anyone know what to try?

Nothing syncs. The error message pops up when you click the 'Synchronize now' button. But I did resolve the problem. For the benefit of anyone else who encounters it, the solutions are posted at: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/artic...AL_Public.html. Mine was resolved by a "clean uninstall" as described.
