Why do you need to update your BB, is something wrong?

First thing is to locate the newsest software for your BB, found here... http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...s_carrier.html

Then you need to load the software through the desktop manager. It should prompt you to update your BB after you load the OS to your computer, or after you open desktop manager.

These are not very detailed instructions, but it will get you started.

How do you "know" that you need to upgrade? What's wrong with it?
