    Help, unable to open/view attachments

Okay, here we go. I am unable to open and/or view attachments on my 8703e. I am not presented with the option either. I do not have the Blackberry Attachment Service book installed, I don't see it listed. When using the desktop manager, it does not give me the option to install it under the application loader. I am on a Corporate BES. All other BB users can open attachments though. I did the "regenerate encryption key" thing. I deleted the CMIME service book and had it pushed to my device. I re-registered my device. Any other ideas?

    thanks

Without the BB Attachment service application you will not be able to access attachments. Try installing your device software on your desktop, then see if it shows up in application loader.

In my blog (linked below) you will find a list of download sites for device software by carrier and by device. If your software is older, you may need to upgrade, as the software on the device needs to match the software on your desktop. Post back if you need additional help with this.

Looks like downloading the device software and installing the Attachment Service Book did the Trick. Thanks for you help GaryF, I appreciate it.
