    Help Quick Please - e-mail issue

    I bought my wife a new 8703 and her company set up her e-mail for her on Monday. Everything worked great until Thursday and she stopped receiving e-mail. She can send it but not receive. We called the provider and they said she needs to talk to her company.

    Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

    Try to resend service books, that is the first step for email trouble.

    Can she get pin messages? I was on BES once and I could not send, or I could not receive I dont recall, and I had to do enterprise activation again. Is she on BES?

    Yes she can get pin messages. Not sure if she is using bes

    Has she rebooted the BB? Does she have any other email addresses on the BB, and can she receive on any of them?

    do you know the answer to this for me as well?



    If someone could help answer my question. I purchase some software from Pinstack today and I have not received the activation code. When I purchased some yesterday I got them immediately. Today I didnt but it confirmed my order.

    Anyone know if some companies take longer or what?

    What carrier? Have your wife try to set up a BIS account and add a carrier email there. For example... db@sprint.blackberry.net. I dont know what carrier you have, so the carrier BIS site will have to be determined...

    I answered in the other post. I like to keep the subjects seperate so when users see the title they know whats exactly in the post. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

    I suggest she talk to the BES Admin at her company. They need to resend the service books from their end.

    Did you try to add anything or do anything tothe BB? As for adding software, there maybe a company IT Policy on the device as well and that could prevent it and cause the issues you have.
