    ok i just got a bb 8700g and its great, but i had a t-moblie dash before. an i could make my own ringtones with wavepad i was just looking for sum help on how to make my own ringtone an how to load them on my phone my pin: 23eb7b6f

    OK..not an expert on this issue but you would create them as you did before, upload them to the web and download on your blackberry via the blackberry internet browser..
    Let's see any other tips from users more familiar with this..

    Ringtones (as MP3s) have to be downloaded from a web site - not any specific one however. If someone has posted a ringtone you can download it. Actually, you play it and then elect to save it as a ringtone.

    Here's what I did to get my own but without a website to post it on: I sent to my GMail account. Making sure GMail was set for simple HTML you can then browse to Gmail (or use Googles BB app) and download from your email message.
