    DUN over bluetooth

I have what i think is an 8700c, but maybe the c is for cingular. i have the at&t 8700..

so i paired the bluetooth, and then set up dial up networking but i don't know what to put in for the phone number.. i put my own # in and of course that just made my phone call my voicemail.. then i found this: GPRS CID: *99***1#

    that didn't work.

and i trying to do something that is impossible? i started reading and it seems like the 8700 bluetooth is limited.

can i use my at&t blackberry as a modem with a usb cable? this is something that i would rarely want to do, but there are times where it would definitely be helpful.

Do you have a mac or pc? I have a mac and have been able to connect over BT. There are a few helpful threads in the mac forum. Can't say for PC though.
