    Deleting applications on 8700c

I downloaded a few ill-functioning Google maps. I finally got the real deal, but now I have 3 of these useless icons in the applications area. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of them. Can anybody tell me how to delete an icon, and the actual file, of an application?
    Anybody?

If you don't see it under Options, Advanced Options, Applications you will have to delete the modules. In Applications you should see Modules, choose it and then pick the modules you need to get rid of.

If you downloaded it with desktop manager you can use that to remove the applications, if not melissaox is right...

Hmm...it worked, sorta. The Advanced Options, and it deleted 2 of the 4 files/icons. In the Applications area I have MemoPad, Picture, Search, PasswordKeeper, GoogleMaps (the one I want) and the two MGMaps (that dont work, and I don't want). I don't see Modules. I looked for it in Settings, Options and Advanced Options - nothing.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ Just to clarify not all BB's show the installed applications in desktop manager. I had a 7520 and a 7100i, and neither one would show the installed apps, until I got an 8703e, now I can use desktop manager to delete installed apps. Wonder if its just iDEN BB's.

Anyways, let us know how it goes...

Where you deleted the applications on you BB in that area use the clickwheel to see the menu and Modules should be an option, select it and you will get to a list of all the modules on your BB.
