    Question connectivity problems

Hello.. This problem with my 8700g has been going on for the past few weeks. I've been on the phone with Tmobile quite a few times and I get the same thing.. do a reset, hard reset, soft reset, master reset, and so on. The problem occurs every once a while, it happens when i try to enter my internet browser or Gmail, an error window comes up saying "Network unavailable... unable to connect at the following..." blah blah.. there is no error number or anything.. After doing reset it starts working fine but only for a few minutes afterwards.. I do not want to be doing a reset like 10 times a day.. anyone know what's this plm about? pls help

    Re: connectivity problems

It could Be SIM card Issue. Test your SIM in another device and a KNOWN working SIM in Yours. if the Problem then goes to the other phone then the SIM is going bad. Try Reloading the OS on the Blackberry. www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade has the software. It could be a Location issue also does it always happen in the same location? or is it every where.

It usually happens everywhere.. I'll switch the sim card with my husband's bb and see if i have the same plm there. Will tmobile charge me if i ask for a new sim card?

T-Mobile runs 20 to 25 depending where you get it.

    ~via SUPA BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

If you go to a store to get it there might be a charge. I think if you get it from cust service, they will ship it for free. Not sure if it's still like this, but it was when I was managing a store.
