You should resend the service books to your device. This may resolve the problem.
Login to your carrier's BIS account to do so.

Additionally, you should enter the name of your carrier in your profile, this would allow us to send you the direct link.

My email settings on my phone:
    Confirm Deliver: No
    Confirm Read: No
    Send Read Receipts: No

    Email Reconciliation:
    Delete On: Handheld
    Wireless Reconcile: No
    On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

Could the problem be with one of these settings?

    sharbs,

Are you using Outlook (or similar) program on your desktop? Check to make sure that your settings are "Leave a copy of Messages on the Server" for at least 1 day. Otherwise Outlook may be cleaning the mail off your server before the BIS polls.

My Blackberry Curve 8330 from Verizon is also having problems. I can send messages fine, but as of two days ago, I can't seem to receive messages. Please help. I called blackberry support and they were unable to assist me for 4.5 hours!? I have had my phone for over 2 months and it's been fine up until now. I also noticed that my facebook application no longer alerts me as well... don't know if that matters? Please help

I'm not blocking anything but it says that incorrect encryption key had blocked 24.. but SMS, MMS, PIN and blackberry internet service are all 0 blocked.
