    Call cutoff on Cingular 8700

I just took a call using my Motorola bluetooth headset on my new 8700 from Cingular, and after a minute of talking, I heard a "bu-bu-be" (sound you hear when you call a wrong or disconnected number on a landline phone) in my headset, headset lost the connection and I then heard it coming out of the Blackberry, and lost the phone call.

This happened twice in a row.

At the same time, my LED was flashing between the bluetooth blue and what appeared to be a redder red than the "new message" red, although I wouldn't swear that it wasn't the "new message" red. Any idea what's going on? Never heard a cell phone make a sound like that.
