    Build quality?

I have had my 8703 for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed that the keys move around quite a bit(loose). It does not effect typing at all. Should I be concerned and am I the only one?

Nope...Mine do it too...Well, they used to...

I took mine apart one day to clean it, and after I reassembled it, I noticed that the keys are a lot more stirdy now and don't wobble around...

Be VERY careful when you do this...VERY careful!...When taking the case apart, there are two tabs you are going to have to stick a screwdriver in or whatnot and push in so that the case comes apart...Also do it in as dust free area as possible, because no matter how hard you try, if there is ANY dust near, it will attach to the screen and when u put it back together, you will notice them underneath.

I think that the "slipping keyboard" has more to do with the plastic "spacer" underneath it rather than the actual keyboard itself...Once you take it apart, you will see what I mean...

Thanks for the tip. After reading that I think I may hold off taking it apart for now. Dust under the screen may piss me off more than a loose keyboard
