    Blackberry Internet E-mail

I setup the BB to work with my 5 emails accounts and all went smoothly! I would get all my emails without any problems.

However, starting a couple of days ago, I realized that I am only getting about 8 or 9 emails from all of those accounts (in reality it should be closer to 60 or so; I was getting all those originally, but now I only get some? What gives - I have no filters setup, so nothing should have changed!

    Any advice/suggestions?

    THanks,

    Carl

You can log into your BIS account and hit send service books or use the "setup internet email" icon on your blackberry. hit that icon, after the page loads under "settings" select "service books" then select send all.

Also, if this was with T-Mobile, there have been issues over the last 48 hours. But, all is working correctly now. Users would log into BIS, but it would give an error, and no accounts (email accounts) would show up.

I even called T-Mobile, and have a thread on here, somewhere about it...

Have you set up your computer mail to leave a copy on the server?

I don't have the Enterprise method so I use Blackberry Internet and I had a similar problem because the mail program was taking the mail of the BB I'net server before it could be forwarded to my 8703.

Let us know if this works,

b/c of some bs with my bill, i had an interruption in srvc for about three days. after i fixed everything, i wasn't able to access the internet nor get emails.

i called about the internet, and t-mobile told me remove the battery, then reinsert, which i did, and everything seemed to work fine.

thanks to what dfc420 posted, now i have my emails coming back into my bb. maybe it was all connected to my service interruption, but the suckcockers @ t-mobile didn't inform me about resending anything.

so to the guy/gal who originally started this thread, if yr problem has to deal with your srvc being disabled, try that. worked like a charm for me.
