BES for Domino

Is anyone administering a BES/Domino? I have it on Windows 2000 server for 18 users - all have 8700s.
I was wondering if anyone was using Voice Control - If you had made the changes on the BES that is calls for.

I admin BES Domino (ver. 4.0.2.12). Never heard of voice control, what is it?
