8707g - Sent Mail Not on Blackberry

My old BB's inbox would show emails that I had sent from the BB itself but would NOTshow emails I sent from my desktop. On the new one, it seems to either show all sent emails (both sent from my BB and from my desktop) or no sent emails. This is based on changing Options/General Options/Hide Sent Messages. I don't want to see emails I have sent from my desktop on the BB but it is useful to see sent emails from my BB because sometimes I want to refer to those when I am traveling.

    Any ideas?

Hi fryguy, welcome to pinstack. How are you set up, BIS or BES?

BES...I think...I go through my company's email server. I am based in Singapore and company is using local provider Starhub.

    fryguy, Welcome to PinStack.

I don't think you can hide just the "sent from Desktop" but if you do hide them, you can always bring them back up by pressing the "H" key. Why would you never want to refer to an email that was sent from your desktop while away from your desk? The whole purpose of the BB is to have just that, access to all your email whether you are on you desktop or away and using the BB.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB.
