Are all of the RIM messages in the BB inbox necessary? What is the purpose of the RIM messages? Can I do away with them, hide them or am I stuck with deleting them?

    Thanks!

Post Re: 8703e RIM Messages - Rookie

I receive the following message on my BB and in the In-box of my Outlook. I have 37 of these messages since this morning. I receive these all day every day. The messages fill my mailbox so I'm trying to figure out how to do away with the messages. Can anyone please help?

When you downloaded the Desktop Manager did you choose BES or BIS? Uninstall and reinstall using BIS.

    Smile Thank you cp6169!

I uninstalled and re-installed as per your directions. I don't have to tell you...It worked! My wife and I both thank you for your help (naturally, same problem on both devices)! Thank you cp6169!
