    Question 8703e email reply problem

    I have Desktop Mgr 4.3 and 4.2 os.
    Not sure when it started but when i try to reply to a email the send option isn't there.
    I can forward and compose just can't reply.

    Gockey - did you resend service books?

    i see you are running on BES ... have you contacted your admin?

    I did resend service book and removed battery.
    I am the bes admin

    not very sure but you may have installed an app recently that did that, try uninstalling recent apps otherwise, I think you will have to wipe and reassign your device again.

    Ok turns out i had to do the wipe handheld option.
    In Options then Security Options then General settings click on Password.
    There is a option to wipe handheld.
    I then reatached to pc with the BB desktop Mgr running and reactivated phone.
    I can now reply to emails now.

    I'm getting the same thing, no send option with reply. Are you sure I have to wipe then reactivate phone?
