Question 8700g and connecting to the BEs server!

Ok, today, I changed my mailbox store on the Exchange server, to a bigger one, i.e. I now have 500mb space on the server, instead of 200mb...

In doing so, I could not send emails from my BB, and I totally understand why. I tried to reconnect the device to the server (enterprise activation), no luck, keeps timing out. I then removed my account from the BES server, and readded it, and tried again. Same thing. I wiped the handheld, and tried again, same thing.

So, what other options do I have?

ps: if anyone sent a pin message to me from about 16:00 today, I would not have got it since I wiped the handheld twice. So, please resend...

Thumbs down Re: 8700g and connecting to the BEs server!

Can I just say, I've been on the phone with T-Mobile, RIM and RIM Server support for 3, yes, three hours!

Am hungry, I want a drink, and I want to pee!

It's fixed! All I can say is NEVER change a message store on an Exchange Server, if the user has a BlackBerry!
