Welcome to pinstack. Is this long term, or something temporary?

You can delete the phone application from your BB, and you wont be able to make or receive calls.

Why not just create a custom profile where the phone is silent and you only get notifed when your email comes in. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Go into options, advanced, applications. You will see "phone". Delete that by clicking the wheel and choosing delete. When you need to install it back you run the desktop manager with the OS installed on your computer a check next to phone.

That seems a little extreme, can't you phone>options>call waiting forward all calls? Maybe the do not disturb option? I've never tried that.

Is call forwarding free on all carriers. Good idea though.

    Thanks N8.

Just set up unconditional forwarding to voicemail or, better yet, enable Do Not Disturb (under Profiles).
