Well, remember they had the 7100 first, also they are smaller so its in rims best interest to give the big guy first

Just an update, I bought an 8700c from cingular, called internation customer care, faxed in my info to prove that I bought it with no contract, and they sent me the unlock code within 24 hours, put in my tmo sim card, send the service books, and BAM, works great

If I get it unlocked I should be able to use it on Tmobile, correct?

When he ordered it he told them he just wanted to buy the phone without setting up a data plan or altering his contract yet. If we dont add a Cingular data plan will there be any reprocussions to his account?
I might just activate a line with Cingular since I am dropping my home phone and Tmobile coverage in my house sux. The only thing that is holding me back is Cingulars high cost for the BB. On Tmobile I pay $20 for unlimited and $49 for 3000 anytime minutes ( no long distance).
Are there any "combo" plans on Cingular that offer a good value/minutes?
    I dont roam or travel....
u should switch to the promo plan 1500mins,free long distance, free Mins after 9pm 49.99

Hey you never know. That would depend on the Tmo's price and how much i'd want to not look at the cingular logo.

I'm still loving on my 7105. I think it's the fact that it works more like a phone with having all the BB functionality that I REALLY like about it.

    Damn that looks good though!
