I read the report-two things really stuck out. First, if I read the report right, there is no place for a micro SD, no expandable memory? And secondly, they speculate that Sprint will have the fist version. Not VZW, not AT&T, not TMO. Those two factors, in my opinion seem to cast kind of a dark cloud on what otherwise seems to be a fairly nice device. What do you guys think?

I think your right on those two points. It's interesting they even mention another model already for other networks. Kind of makes me wonder is Palm even feels Sprint may not be attractive to people.

8GB's will all there is for now according to what I read also.

I guess 8 gigs is a lot of memory, but I just dont understand why they would limit themselves like that. Seems to be a nice phone though.

Hahaha, probably cuz Apple purchased all the other available memory for 16 & 32GB devices.

J/K ing on that one. Maybe to keep the price down and allow for more time to develop

About the microSD card it is there on the side, so you can use the microSD card, and about Sprint it is only fair that this company gets it first, cause VZW got the Storm, AT&T got iPhone, so it is only right that Sprint get the Pre, so dont be hatting. Cant have it all.

The palm Pre is the best phone Palm has came out with. It's small enough to fit anywhere especially the inner pocket of a pair of pants. It has fast internet access that actually allows you to browse the internet. Not like the TREO that you get half the internet experience because of the terrible graphics and limited views of the browser. It comes with applications like craigslist, accuweather, and pandora. And the best part of it is it still has a slide out keyboard which is really cool if your doing a lot of texts. I hate the pda's that make you text on the screen i love to text with buttons.
