| Take Note: Bad Chipset In 3giPhones
Signal gripes mount over new 3g iPhones.... "The ranks of unhappy iPhone users continued to swell over this weekend as Apple customers complained about problems maintaining a signal on their handsets. Speculation about the cause of the poor reception centered around the iPhone's Infineon chipset. 'We believe that these issues are typical of an immature chipset and radio protocol stack'". ~Financial Times, 8-17-08 The article goes on to say that a software fix may not do the trick, and makes mention of the MobileMe MobileMess. |

| LMAO! And we're worried about Bold being pushed back a little - due to the fact that it's manufactured by a company that wants them to work properly before selling them to millions of people. With Apple's security problems for Enterprise, and it's mountain of other blunders, I'd say they should not have stepped into the ring with RIM and should have stuck with computers |

According to Apple this problem is only being reported by 2% of their user base. That's only roughly 100,000 users? Ouch. |

| Nah. 2% of the million sold first three days is 200,000 alone, much less sales since then. And reception is affecting ALL 3g phones-bad chip.
