Hmm, only took you a week before you came back.

I had my iPhone for 2.5 hours before I came running back.

i think i knew within that time frame, 2.5 hours, but wanted to give it a chance... it just didnt work for me.

i do miss the wifi of my 8320 which the 8310 doesnt have, but i know i am much better off with the berry than the iphone. for someone new to technology, who didnt have expectations of functionality, the iphone would be ok, imho.

I have an 8320 and a 3G iPhone. For work I prefer the 8320, for fun/play, I enjoy the iPhone. Really, too many features to discuss in detail but I will say they are both great devices. This is the first non-bb phone I've owned in many years.

Sounds like a great combination. The best of both worlds, The BB to rely on for excellent email, sms, and overall typing tasks, calendar, and planning tasks, while having the iPhone for the entertainment factor.

For whatever it's worth, as a long time Apple user, having had the 1st gen iPhone and now the iPhone 3G, I believe it will take apple three revisions to really get it right. Leaving out cut & paste as well as some other very basic yet important features, from this version of the iPhone is unacceptable to me. Especially given the overstated hype about this being a world changing magic device. However back on my take here, I've found that it's typical Apple (and I'm not bashing them, just speaking as a customer of 10 years) to take quite some time to really get it right. So I think there is a good possibility that the 3rd gen iPhone will be the one to have.

If you want to play games. Get a Nintendo DS.

Nokia announced that they are launching their own music store. All new Nokia music phones (5310) will include free music for one year.

A radical idea. The iTunes music store has no new innovations.

Yes very smart. Nokia is like the sleeping Giant in the mobile phone market, who has not focused as they used to on the US. Now all of that is changing. They are getting very serious, just bought out Symbian, and they are focused with lazer like precision on the US. Things are getting very interesting as they once again return to a serious player in the US. Competiton is good, thus everyone will benefit from Nokias new agressive push.
