You can save your SMS you have on Android to a Gmail account by using SMS Backup. You can pick this app up for free on Google Play.
But that's it. As far as I know you can't transfer the SMS to the iPhone as such. Unless you transfer them as mail messages from your Gmail account to your iPhone by mailing each and everyone of them to yourself.
You can use an app like Android SMS to iPhone Transfer (by Chris Studer) on your Android device to bring all of your text messages into Gmail. Don't think there's a way to export them onto the iPhone as texts but you can always refer back to the gmail threads to read old messages.

Delfim do you know any app where I can back my messages.
On iOS only this ONE I think. It's only good between iOS devices but what you can do is export the sms to a excel file on your PC or Mac.
Note: If you're using a iPhone I suggest you back up your phone to iCloud. If you need to reset and restore the iPhone, or if you get a new one, iCloud will restore all settings, including your sms messages.
