Easiest way would be to copy them to the SIM card, but that only holds first and last name and I believe 1 phone number per entry. Otherwise a backup app like Google Sync would be the next option.

Sync to outlook on BB DM then sync outlook to iTunes.

Have the BB dm copy them to your address book then then have your iphone sync settings set to copy or mirror the computers address book. Another way is to save the contacts directly to the sim card.

I can second pdxmatts on that one, easiest to do as Neo says and sync to Outlook and sync iTunes to that. I don't have outlook on my laptop but I just used Windows Contacts (or whatever it is on Vista).

This is the method I used and it worked well, and was very fast.
