    Augmented Reality Browser

    I finally got around to giving the Augmented Reality Browser App a try due to the iOS4 features like the Gyroscope. This Browser App simply ROCKS! It's FREE so no harm, no foul in giving it a try.

    acrossair is an augmented reality browser application that functions as a navigator to get you to the nearest location of your choice. It is also packed full of additional information on points of interest near and around you.

    This app is your very own personalised box of tricks. Stay up to date and explore the world with confidence and style! It is a tool that will help you get to where you want to get to, quickly and seamlessly and because we believe sharing is caring — you can access photographs from Flickr and Panaromia through acrossair!

    Never again will you wonder what’s on at the cinema or the where the nearest coffee house or even where the nearest gig is with the Becks Gig Finder and Stella Bar finder integrated as part of the app, and direct access to Wikipedia and Twitter — acrossair is tailored for you!

    **Features**

    • A simple and refined user interface;
    • Choose your own search range to find places near you;
    • Access Google, Yelp, Qype or Bing directly;
    • Set your car location and store your own locations;
    • Share locations with friends via Facebook, Twitter and email;
    • View locations directly from the Internet using the built-in support for GeoRSS, Atom and KML feeds;
    • the iPhone 4's retina display and gyroscope are fully supported, for a stable and beautiful display.
