I wonder if it will control my cable box, computer sound system, and car radio.

If so I will buy this asap.

Sounds incredible. Any chance the price leaked out? Is it a monthly service that you use or a one time charge for the device. I want! I want!

I wonder if it can control just about anything that uses IR?

    The applications could be endless.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ Did I miss the minor detail of how the BlackBerry transmits the signal? I wasn't aware my BlackBerry had any IR transmitter. I just can't picture how it really works.

BUT this is great news. I have to say the "button to mute the wife" comment has to be the most creative and potentially most profitable add-on!!

Woody it's controlled via bluetooth and then converts to IR. That's what it does.

So BB via bluetooth to Unity then Unity via IR to each device.
