| Who's ready for the 9000?
What do you expect from RIM with the launch of this model? What do you hope this model will feature? What all have you heard? I'm just curious to know your thoughts on this device. I've seen some interesting patents from RIM lately. BG has announced some promising details in reference to the 9xxx series in the past. I personally can't wait until I hear an official announcment from RIM,having experienced HSDPA already. I hop on every new Blackberry device that's released (with the exception of the 8820.) So Pinstack, what are your thoughts? |

| Re: Who's ready for the 9000?
I'm ready for the 9000 series and I want it to have more-and-better versions of everything current BB's have (like more internal memory, better browser, still/video camera, a choice of using internal or SD memory for pgms, etc, and easier SD card access,) and include stand-alone GPS with voice instructions, wi-fi, video streaming, still/video camera, every conceivable way to connect to the internet, etc.) Then if we could just get one or more (more than one would provide a little competition) of the providers to upgrade to a technology that would speed up internet access we'd have it all. (The only thing I don't care about is having a touch-screen.) Is that too much to ask? I can dream - I don't NEED all that stuff but it would be fun to play with. |

| Re: Who's ready for the 9000? Shucks Erica, Now I feel like I'm in the "Dark Ages" - not really but I didn't know that - actually an easy access SD slot is not that high on my priority list. I have a 4gb on my 8100 and I don't have a need to put another one in very much at all. I want video podcast capabilities and, with that, MUCH faster data transmission. Most of the rest would be gravy.

| I wouldn't want to be you when Chuck sees that. All kidding aside, I would love to have 3G + improved internet browsing.
