Wait for Bold or jump into the water now?

I'm looking to switch back to BB after a year of using the iPhone (I like it, it's fine, I just miss having a BB.) I plan on getting the Bold upon its release, but if it's not coming out until the end of July or August, I was thinking of getting a cheap Curve to tide me over.

So, anyone know if the Bold is gonna drop in June or July or should I go get a placeholder?

only speculation. personally, if you are an ATT customer, i would wait...shouldn't be too long now

I just hope the Bold doesnt come out in canada until august, and then i hope it comes out only on rogers so that i can be one of teh first to hav it here...

Sounds like a good plan to wait for the Bold. I keep hoping we'll see an announcement for June. I would assume they'd want to release either a little before iPhone 2.0 or a little after (get the attention of all that foot traffic in AT&T stores.)
