or try this

  1. On the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Browser.
  2. Press the Menu key, and click Options.
  3. Click General Properties. The default browser appears.
  4. Press the Menu key, and click Change Option.
  5. Select Internet Browser.
  6. Press the Menu key and click Save Options.
  7. In General Properties, press the Menu key, and click Close.
then try again

then try again
As i can rmr the only option for that one was Media net (since im back on 4.6), i rmr i had this issue before with 4.6 but i dont rmr how i fixed it

then resend your service books and set your tcp/ip to

ok the only way i can think can work is trying that fix for the browser i sent to you, i know is for the storm but is also working for the bold, try that, that issue is a known issue with 5.0, if you wanna try do it and if you need help just let me know...

I was having the Forbidden issue on my curve before switching to the bold. You might want to call ATT and ask them to reset your network for your BOLD. It worked for my curve.

no problem Jill, the thing with 5.0 is that wathever you think cant happens, sure will happen.....
