This is a discussion on when calling it goes straight to Audix.. within the RIM Blackberry 71xx forums, part of the General BlackBerry category; I have a user that whenever someone calls him ti goes straight to Audix.. any ideas !! thanks...

I have a user that whenever someone calls him ti goes straight to Audix..

Isn't Audix the company PBX? I don't think any carriers use Audix as their voicemail provider.

check to see if they have call forwarding turned on on their blackberry.
