    Unable to retrieve emails with "more" or "More all"

    Ever since I switched my boss to the 7130r he is unable to view lengthly emails that are prompted for "more" and "more all". When he selects either one of them nothing extra is pulled up. Would anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.

    His he on a BES? Have you resent the service books to the device? Done a battery pull?

    yes, he's on my BES. I've done the battery pull; will try the service book push - is that doable from my BES? Never did that before.

    Yup, right-click on the user and select, "Resend Service Books". If that doesn't work, confirm he truly activated on the BES by going to Options, Advanced, Enterprise Activation and see if it shows "Activated On:....".

    It is possible for him to get email but not to have fully activated on the BES which could cause this issue as well. If the service books do not work, remove him from the BES and re-add him and see if that resolves the issue.

    OK, I've resent the service book and IT policy. Will wait to hear back from my boss to see if that fixes everything.
