You can change the font to all caps. Just go to Options -> Screen/Keyboard and change it there.

Re: Typing Input Methods explained

I was a SureType fan until I converted/upgraded to my 8703e. Too me a minute to get used to it. The technology actually works...but here's the kicker...you have to let it work.

It's easy to want to correct what seems to be an upcoming mispelled word, but you'll quickly notice that the SureType will "Surely" "spell" the correct word that you want.

It's not 100% perfect, but it's damn close!!!

But wait. On my Pearl, there seems to be no way to delete words from the Custom Wordlist. One can edit them, but I find no way to delete them. What am I missing?

Highlight the word and either press the menu button and choose delete or highlight the word and press the "del" button on the number pad.

Re: Typing Input Methods explained

Hello,
not sure if this is the correct section to post this. I have a bb 8700g, and I find it too difficult to use the keyboard to type. Is there any software tools out there, that allows you to connect the bb to your PC via the cable supplied, and then type on your keyboard and it will be able to send that text as email, sms or whatever application you were wanting to type in? Thanks
