Don't know about this particular product but Rain-X will do what it claims and is probably cheaper. Just make sure you only use it on the screen to avoid getting it into keys.

Used it on my iPod nano first. All it does is fill in the scratchs just like wax does on your car. Put a little on a towel and just dab it on the screen. Let it dry to haze and buff it off.

It also makes the water bead up and run off when I jog.

    Meguires PlastX

Realize that most LCD screens are embedded some how onto a circuit board and what we actually see is a plastic screen over LCD assembly. StacyRVC has the right idea, test out product on old Cell phone or PDA (old RIM PAGER)

Good Product does wonders on Headlight assemblies, dashboards, etc etc-

    MEGUIRES PLASTX

Please be sure to post your results, products used (device, treatment) and technique used.

    Thanks

Laugh at my rain-x solution if you want, at least I am not recommending that you use this stuff:

    Re: Scratch remover

I second the use of the Meguairs PlastX. I used to to fix a severely scratched screen on a Nextel i830 and it now looks like brand new! Use it with out fear!!

The only "problem" with using it is that it leaves a kind of funky slick kind of film over it no matter how hard you try to wipe it off, but it wears off fairly quickly. I think that this would be the case with any of the automotive polishes tho.
